These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mobelity Fitness Readiness Quiz, website, landing pages, email programs, and any other content or services offered by Mobelity Fitness (“Mobelity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting your information through our quiz or any associated opt-in form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Mobelity Fitness provides a free online Fitness Readiness Quiz designed to help adults self-assess their physical readiness to begin or return to exercise. Upon completing the quiz and providing their contact information, users receive:
- A personalized readiness score and result track (Ready to Train, Almost Ready, or Build First)
- Email-delivered guidance, tips, and recommended next steps based on their result
- Ongoing fitness-related educational content and program information via email
All content provided through these services is for general informational and educational purposes only.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 years and older. By using the Mobelity Fitness Readiness Quiz, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use our services.
4. Not medical advice
The Mobelity Fitness Readiness Quiz and all associated content are for general informational purposes only. Nothing in our quiz, emails, website, or communications constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Quiz results are based entirely on self-reported information and are intended to provide general fitness guidance only. They do not account for individual medical history, specific diagnoses, or clinical conditions.

By submitting your name and email address through the quiz opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive email communications from Mobelity Fitness. You understand that:
- You will receive your quiz results and a follow-up email series
- You may receive ongoing educational content, program offers, and promotional emails
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email
- Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect any transactional messages
We do not send spam. All emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, CASL and GDPR requirements.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Mobelity Fitness quiz pages, emails, and website — including text, graphics, quiz questions, result copy, guides, and the Mobelity brand name and logo — is the property of Mobelity Fitness and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Mobelity Fitness content without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as saving a result for your own reference) is permitted.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to:
