This page explains the nature and limitations of the information, guidance, and content provided by Mobelity Fitness through the Fitness Readiness Quiz, email programs, and any associated website content.

Mobelity Fitness is a fitness education and coaching brand. We are not a medical practice, physical therapy clinic, or healthcare provider. Our quiz, content, and communications are designed to provide general fitness guidance only.

The quiz is not a medical assessment

The Mobelity Fitness Readiness Quiz is a self-assessment tool for general educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Quiz results are generated based entirely on your self-reported answers. They reflect broad fitness guidance categories — not clinical conclusions. The quiz does not evaluate your full medical history, imaging results, lab work, or any objective clinical measurement.

A quiz result of “Ready to Train” does not mean you are medically cleared to exercise. It means your self-reported responses suggest you may be a good candidate for a structured return to movement — but that determination ultimately rests with you and your healthcare provider.

Mobelity Fitness makes no representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes from following any guidance, program recommendations, or advice derived from our quiz results or email content.

Individual results vary based on factors including but not limited to: age, current health status, prior injuries, consistency of effort, nutrition, sleep, stress levels, and adherence to any program. What works well for one person may not be appropriate for another.

Assumption of risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle soreness, joint strain, cardiovascular exertion, and injury. By choosing to engage in any exercise or movement practice — including those suggested by Mobelity Fitness — you voluntarily assume these risks.

Mobelity Fitness is not responsible for any injury, adverse health event, or negative outcome that occurs as a result of:

  • Participating in exercise without appropriate medical clearance
  • Following fitness guidance that was not appropriate for your individual condition
  • Misapplying or misinterpreting any information provided by Mobelity Fitness
  • Ignoring pain, discomfort, or warning signs during exercise

Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting, severe pain, or any other alarming symptom.

Who should consult a doctor before using our guidance

You should consult a physician before using any Mobelity Fitness guidance if you:

  • Have been diagnosed with a cardiovascular condition, diabetes, osteoporosis, or any chronic disease
  • Have had a recent surgery, fracture, or significant injury
  • Are currently experiencing joint pain, back pain, or nerve symptoms
  • Are pregnant or postpartum
  • Have been physically inactive for 12 months or more
  • Are over 65 years of age with no recent history of structured exercise
  • Are taking medications that affect heart rate, blood pressure, or balance
