Mobelity Fitness (“Mobelity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a fitness brand focused on mobility, strength, and sustainable movement for adults. We operate the Fitness Readiness Quiz and related email programs to help adults assess where their body is today and identify a safe, appropriate next step toward movement and exercise.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information you provide when you participate in our quiz or subscribe to our email communications.
2. What information we collect
When you complete the Mobelity Fitness Readiness Quiz, we collect:
- First name — used to personalize your results and communications
- Email address — used to deliver your quiz results and follow-up content
- Quiz responses — including your answers to questions about exercise history, physical limitations, energy levels, movement ability, concerns, and goals
- Result track — the readiness category your responses place you in (Ready to Train, Almost Ready, or Build First)
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, Social Security numbers, or sensitive financial data through this quiz or its associated pages.
We do not collect or store detailed medical records, diagnoses, or clinical health data. Quiz responses are self-reported and used only to provide general fitness guidance, not medical assessment.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:

- Send follow-up email content relevant to your result track (e.g., movement tips, guides, or program recommendations)

4. Email communications & consent
By submitting your name and email address through the Mobelity Fitness Readiness Quiz, you expressly consent to receive email communications from Mobelity Fitness. These may include:

- A welcome email sequence tailored to your readiness track
- Educational content about mobility, strength, and fitness for adults
- Promotional offers, program announcements, and coaching opportunities
You can unsubscribe at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You may also email us directly to request removal from our list. We honor all unsubscribe requests promptly — typically within 5 business days.
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. How we share your data

The Mobelity Fitness Readiness Quiz is designed for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical assessment, diagnosis, or substitute for professional medical advice.
Quiz results reflect self-reported information and are intended to provide general guidance about starting or returning to exercise. They do not account for all individual health circumstances and should not be relied upon as medical advice.
Before beginning any new exercise program, consult with a qualified healthcare provider — especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, recent injury, chronic pain, cardiovascular condition, or have been inactive for an extended period.
Mobelity Fitness is not responsible for any injury, loss, or adverse outcome that may result from following guidance based on quiz results. Participation in any fitness program is at your own risk.
9. Third-party tools
Our quiz and funnel pages are hosted and operated using third-party platforms including Systeme.io. These platforms have their own privacy policies and data practices. We encourage you to review them:

Our pages may also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand traffic and user behavior. These tools may set cookies on your device. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
10. Children’s privacy
The Mobelity Fitness Readiness Quiz is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our quiz, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform tools. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our quiz or subscription to our emails after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
